Jesse here, the founder and creator of Sacred Works Project and Mama’s Fire Gourmet Sauces.  I am writing to share the story of Mama’s Fire with all of you wonderful readers who enjoy cooking with our sauce.  The images I have posted with our first blog post are the creations of the head chef of  Venti’s cafe.

Tibetan BBQ Beef and Tibetan BBQ Pork

He makes both a BBQ beef and BBQ pork with the Mama’s Fire Tibetan BBQ sauce.  What a joy to go into a restaurant and have such a beautiful and tasty dish created with a sauce that I once made in my own kitchen.  Really good and healthy eats.  I was honored to partake of his creations.  He put apples into the BBQ sauce, the sweet and hot together over the rice was really good.

Check the dishes out close up.

We now can be found at venti’s cafe and 32 Whole Foods Markets in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Oregon, Washington and I cannot even begin to describe the feelings of excitement (like a little kid at Disney Land, jumping with joy almost does it), at seeing my sauce on those shelves.

I tried something new with the hot sauce recently, I would love to share with you all.  For a healthy easy snack spread peanut butter on a rice cake, then spread a quarter teaspoonful of hot sauce into the peanut butter.  The hot sauce adds the warmth of ginger, garlic and onions to the peanut butter and the anise gives the snack a fantastic Asian flare.  You can top it with sesame seeds like they did on the Vegan mouse blog.

This is good eating!

Well thank you all for your love of the sauce.  I love it myself and find great joy in sharing all the ideas and stories.  I can’t wait to hear your recipe ideas and stories as you try cooking with Mama’s Fire Tibetan hot sauce and BBQ sauce.
